Layali Official Store is an online fragrance store offering perfumes and related products. Our website allows customers to browse available products, submit orders and contact us through WhatsApp for order confirmation.
2. Products & Descriptions
- We aim to provide accurate product names, images, descriptions and prices.
- Fragrance notes and descriptions are provided as a guide to help customers understand the scent profile.
- Actual packaging, bottle appearance or presentation may vary slightly from product images due to manufacturer updates, lighting or photography.
- Fragrance preferences differ from person to person. We cannot guarantee that every customer will enjoy a particular scent.
- Product availability may change depending on stock levels.
3. Orders & Confirmation
- Submitting an order through our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance or confirmation.
- Orders may require confirmation through WhatsApp or another communication channel provided by Layali.
- Customers should provide accurate contact details, delivery addresses and order information.
- Layali reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Customers will be informed of any cancellation and applicable refund arrangements.
- Any changes to an order must be requested as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
4. Prices & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery charges and any additional fees will be communicated before the order is finalised.
- Payment methods and payment instructions will be confirmed during the ordering process.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment details and transfer information are accurate.
- Orders requiring advance payment will be processed according to the payment terms communicated by Layali.
- We will not request customers to share their banking passwords, PINs or one-time passwords (OTPs).
5. Delivery
- Delivery availability, estimated delivery times and charges depend on the customer’s location and the delivery method.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.
- Additional delivery charges may apply if an address is changed after dispatch or if redelivery is required due to incorrect details or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
- Risk of loss or damage during transit will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our delivery arrangements. Customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or incomplete.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Customers should contact Layali as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
- Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
- For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, used or unsealed perfumes may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be declined where permitted by applicable law and our published return policy.
- If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs.
- Eligible returns, replacements and refunds will be assessed individually and handled in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection laws.
- Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

- Layali is not responsible for individual scent preferences or reactions that could not reasonably have been anticipated, subject always to applicable law.
8. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotional offers are valid only during the stated period and subject to their advertised conditions.
- Certain promotions may have minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions or limited availability.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
